For an editable PDF template, proceed as follows. Open the PDF template in the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free version can be downloaded here: www.get.adobe.com/reader).

Select the text you want to customize and start typing. Hit [Cmd-E] on Mac or [Ctrl-E] on PC to edit the font, style, size and color.
