The postponed announcement has been designed in black and white, so that you can print on kraft paper to create a nice rustic look. Or print on any colored cardstock for beautiful results. Print the cards on any 8.5" x 11" paper of your choice. We recommend a nice heavy card stock for highest quality feel.

And if you don't want to print the cards yourself, have them printed at your favorite print shop or use the included digital postponed announcement template to inform your guests by email.

2. Download | Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link immediately on screen. Also within minutes of your order and payment, an e-mail will be sent to you with a link for your download. Download the files.

3. Personalize | For a non-editable printable printable, proceed to step 4.

For an editable PDF template, proceed as follows. Open the PDF template in the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free version can be downloaded here: www.get.adobe.com/reader).

Select the text you want to customize and start typing. Hit [Cmd-E] on Mac or [Ctrl-E] on PC to edit the font, style, size and color. Only highlighted text is editable; other design elements are locked. You will find detailed instructions on how to edit your template in the included instruction guide.

Please note: these files cannot be edited on tablets and mobile devices. Not all of our items are editable. Please read the item details carefully to find out if the item is editable and what areas of the template can be personalized.

4. Print and trim | Print the item at 100% (or actual size) at home or with your local copy shop or online print shop and trim it following the trim marks. Detailed instructions on how to trim, can be found in the included instruction guide.
