2. Download. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link immediately on screen. Also within minutes of your order and payment, an e-mail will be sent to you with a link for your download. Download the files.

3. Personalize. For a non-editable printable, proceed to step 4. For an editable PDF template, proceed as follows:

Open the PDF template in the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader: www.get.adobe.com/reader).
Some computers will automatically open the PDF file in their default preview program or web browser. To avoid this, please open up Adobe Reader, then go to File > Open and select the template you'd like to use.
Select the text you want to edit and start typing. Hit [Cmd-E] on Mac or [Ctrl-E] on PC to edit the font, style, size and color. You will find detailed instructions on how to edit your template in the instruction guide that is included with every purchase.

Please note: these files cannot be edited on tablets and mobile devices. Not all of our items are editable. Please read the item details carefully to find out if the item is editable and what areas of the template can be personalized.

4. Print and trim. Print the item at 100% (or actual size) at home or with your local copy shop / online print shop and trim it following the trim marks. Detailed instructions on how to trim, can be found in the instruction guide that is included with every purchase. Also, be sure to read our tips for printing your own party stationery.

5. Enjoy your printable!

All of our items are available as digital files which gives you the flexibility to print wherever you like and as many as you like (for personal use only). Our party printables are formatted to be printed at home on any 8.5" x 11" or A4 sheet. If you feel like your printer is not up for the job of printing your stationery, or if you're looking for a way to print your wall art, you can have your items printed at your local print shop or with an online printing service, like Staples. Always print at 100% or Actual Size.

Some of our products are available on Zazzle for printing. This way, you can order your designs and have them printed at the same time. Zazzle will print your files and deliver them right at your doorstep.

Printing services
For most of our items, document printing services offered by Staples is the best option. Staples will give you affordable high quality prints on letter-sized paper (8.5” x 11”) that you can then trim at home. Choose your paper type and uncheck “scale to fit”. We recommend a matte card stock with a paper weight between 100-110 lb, as it signifies a mark of quality.
Document printing by Staples is especially great for printing our invitations, games and table signs.

For printable wall art and large sign printing, Vistaprint is the easiest way to professionally print.
Have your welcome sign printed on foamboard to display on an easel. For wall art we recommend the poster printing service. Upload your file, choose your size, quantity and finish and your order will be delivered in no time.
